Growth Hormone (GH) is not a puberty hormone.

GH literally makes you taller by telling the bones to grow.

Every bone has a growth plate on the end
If the growth plate is open and there’s GH around, then the bone can keep lengthening.
BUT the GH must be released with a certain rhythm which only happens when the body is asleep.
This is why you grow when you sleep!
