MAKING GOOD DECISIONS

The key is to give the brain TIME to send signals everywhere.

In a partly myelinated brain, signals reach one part faster than another. Pausing fixes the issue.

Here are some hacks to give your brain time to make good decisions:

  • Count to 10.
  • Do 10 jumping jacks or burpees.
  • Grab some water.
  • Whistle a short tune.
  • What else might work for you?
